Pause in Progress
I hope everyone enjoyed a Happy Easter and Holiday break. I sure did! I fulfilled a promise to my son to visit one of his favorite places in Texas: Lake Fork. We had been trying to go since last summer, and for one reason or another, it took us this long to fulfill this plan and my promise to him. He had an absolutely wonderful time enjoying the gorgeous weather, and we took many photographs and walks outside. It would have been a perfect weekend to work on the Studio, however, it was really good to pause and to relax. I don't do that often enough. It was wonderful to recharge my batteries, so to speak. We took some drives around the countryside and enjoyed eating out at new places. I read my book about the Hebrides in Scotland, titled Call the Nurse , and even took a nap!
